Lifestyle Medicine Changed My Life
Up until recently, I had always considered myself relatively healthy, but I did not realize how my lifestyle was actually negatively affecting my own health. When working in the ER, I would find myself snacking on processed junk food. I wasn’t sleeping well. I wasn’t exercising as much as I would like, and I was stressed. I was feeling pretty terrible a lot of the time, but not really knowing why.
I started implementing some changes in my own life, and suddenly everything changed! I felt great for the first time in a long time! I had more energy, I felt happier, and my clothes started fitting better because I suddenly had a flat stomach.
It was then that I realized the power of this information, and I knew that I had to create this program.
None of my patients want to be in the ER. They don’t want to be sick, they don’t want to be on handfuls of medicine, and they often feel powerless over what is happening to them.
I created my programs to help keep people out of the ER, off of medications, and to empower them to live a longer, healthier, and happier life.
Even though I'm a doctor, in this program I will NOT be YOUR doctor. Instead, I will be sharing the information and tools that most doctors don't have time to share during an office visit.
